My name is Candeece Falland, BE (Chem) MNLP, MTD, MHt, and I’m here to be your coach. Let me explain what those letter after my name are. I am Chemical Engineer and founder of Total Life Empowerment. As an engineer I have spent many years looking at how to solve problems in an effective, efficient manner, as a coach I have spent my life observing and studying human interactions and how the mind works from all kinds of perspectives. I combined my scientific mind and the observations I have made over the years to study people from the perspective of an athlete, in different cultural spectrums, in business, in the academic institution and in relationships. I am Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic programming (MNLP), a Master hypnotherapist (MHt), a Master Success Strategist, a Master Practitioner of Time Dynamics (MHt) and Reiki practitioner.
My journey into personal the world of personal development and success came at a very young age, from a not so simple question. How did my mum beat terminal cancer when the doctors gave her 6 months to live, when I was 6 months old?. What made her an exception to all the rules?! Ok I admit, I wasn’t 6 months old when I asked myself that question.
However I grew up in the environment which foster my quest to search for a cure for cancer. I have clearly written in my year 6 year book, that what I wanted to do when I grew up, was find a cure for cancer. Now, thats pretty deep for 10 year old.
Growing up with a terminally ill parent wasn’t the ordinary childhood for most, especially if the person survived it. Decided to live instead of die. I was raised on a farm and went to a public school, one might say, I didn’t really have a chance for greatness.
Yet in the period of time I’ve been walking on this earth I have achieved a great many things in my personal life as a result of the drive for life I was modeled from day 1. I’m very privileged to say my mum is still alive today. I have learnt many of life’s lessons at a very young age and have a drive and passion for people and life. I do more in my downtime than people do in their on time, and I have the energy and money to do it.
I practiced Archery over 10 years, reaching number 1 in Australia as a junior athlete.
In 2002, I represented the Rotary Club of Strathalbyn as an exchange student to Mexico. Whilst in Mexico I taught 20 students at a private institute for English in return for receiving spanish tuition. In 12 months I was fluent in Latin american spanish.
I’m a Chemical Engineer specializing in drilling services to oil companies, continuing my studies of human behavior in mirco-environments and the effects of isolation on human psychology and behavior.
I work with one on one clients for breakthrough sessions, where they totally transform their lives in the area of health, career/wealth and relationships.
I enjoy a large element of travel which comes with seeing clients all over Australia.
During my journey, I travelled to over 25 countries around the world, living in Indonesia, Mexico, China, India and United Arab Emirates.
You can achieve anything you want if you will empower yourself with the right environment and right attitude and tools to get what you want. I enjoy my level of success today because a phrase I hold dear to my heart.
